This is a fantastic experience to book if you’re brand new to Seoul. You’ll be brought to some wonderful spots to catch photos, sight see, learn some valuable Korean history, and places to re-visit in your own later in the trip. Sohyun was my guide and she was so personable, kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. 10/10 recommended, especially if you’re a lone traveler like me, and want to enjoy some Seoul/localite night life without feeling unsafe or awkward.

Excellent experience. It was very hot so I really appreciated that she gifted us with a small fan and we could pick our color. Also, it was nice to go to the stream and temple as they were nice cool and shady stops on our walk. Lastly, the clear highlight was the garlic fried chicken! So delicious. This was a great walking tour - we were able to see and hear the significance of each site to Seoul and South Korea. This is a great walking tour of the Parasite movie locations and a traditional market. It felt surreal and exciting to be standing in the famous movie spots. It was also very interesting to walk through the various neighborhoods (old/traditional vs. new/renovated) and hear about the history and development of the area. The host was a wonderful and friendly host who is knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

The teacher, was terrific - a real professional interested to share her knowledge and love of Bojagi. She explained the history and uses of Bojagi and then modeled the techniques. She patiently guided me to replicate her examples with materials that were provided as part of the class. In addition to the class subject matter, she shared a lot of information about the local community and some of her own fascinating personal story.

The host is really kind and shared with me opinions and her history in this university.
